Exchange Policy

Our Commitment
At Throttle & Thump, we ensure that every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. With over 50+ years of experience in the motorcycle industry, our goal is to deliver reliable and high-quality products every time.
However, if there’s an issue, we offer a simple and transparent exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchange/replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for exchange, including:
- Silencers / Exhaust systems
- Seats
- Handlebars
- OE (Original Equipment) Royal Enfield products
These exclusions are due to product nature and installation sensitivity.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for exchange:
- Product must be unused and not installed
- Must be returned in original packaging with all accessories
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof
- Request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
Exchange Process
- Email us at support@throttleandthump.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Images or unboxing video
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- Once approved:
- Replacement product will be dispatched
- Pickup or return instructions will be shared
Important Notes
- We offer exchange/replacement only (no refunds)
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- If the product is unavailable, an alternative solution will be offered
Damaged Product Claims
To avoid misuse and ensure fair resolution:
- Record an unboxing video while opening the package
- Claims without proof may not be accepted
