Our Commitment

At Throttle & Thump, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality motorcycle accessories backed by over 50+ years of industry experience.

Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


Return Eligibility

We offer a replacement guarantee within 10 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Proper unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof
  • Request must be raised within 10 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
  • Certain categories like custom parts, seats, silencers, or OE products (if applicable)
  • Items without original packaging

Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@throttleandthump.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/videos of the product
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. If approved, we will arrange:
    • Replacement shipment OR
    • Pickup (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds, only replacements (align this with your prepaid model)
  • Shipping timelines for replacements may vary based on product availability
  • In case of stock unavailability, an alternative solution will be provided
