Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We offer a replacement guarantee within 10 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Proper unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof
- Request must be raised within 10 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged due to improper use
- Certain categories like custom parts, seats, silencers, or OE products (if applicable)
- Items without original packaging

Replacement Process
- Email us at support@throttleandthump.com with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Photos/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange:
- Replacement shipment OR
- Pickup (if applicable)
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds, only replacements (align this with your prepaid model)
- Shipping timelines for replacements may vary based on product availability
- In case of stock unavailability, an alternative solution will be provided
